What Are The Dates For The #CLINICBOSS Summit?

This event will take place on January 26-27, 2024 in Orlando, Florida. There are 2 optional pre-day workshops. Both workshops will take place on January 25, 2024.

Where Is The Venue For The Event?

The Summit will be at the "Dr. Phillips Center" located at 445 South Magnolia Avenue Orlando, FL 32801

I'm Trying To Book My Travel. What Times Do I Need To Know About?  

On Thursday (optional pre workshops, 30 spots available): Registration starts at 8:00am. The event starts at 9:00am and concludes at 5:00pm

On Friday: Registration starts at 8:00am. The event starts at 9:00am and concludes at 7:00pm.

On Saturday: Registration starts at 8:00 am. The event starts at 8:00am and concludes at 9:00pm.

Can Anyone Attend This Event?

No. You must be a clinic owner, clinic director, junior partner, or patient experience manager. Or potential clinic owners thinking to start a clinic in the next 12 months. No sales people, business coaches, sponsors or vendors allowed.

Can I Bring My Partner, Clinic Director, or Manager?  

Yes. Because of our VERY limited seating, every person must purchase a ticket to get into the event. 

Can I Get A Refund If I Can't Attend?

No. We are not offering refunds or transfer of tickets. 

What Should I Wear?  

The dress code is business casual for the event. Our meeting room maybe on the cool side, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket.

When does early bird registration end?

Early bird registration ends on June 1, 2023. Get your tickets before they increase significantly.

Can I get a discount?  

If you are a "Clinic Accelerator" member you are eligible for member pricing.

How can I buy bulk tickets?

To buy bulk tickets, simply enter the number of tickets you would like to purchase at checkout. Then one of our team members will reach out to you for each ticket holders information, because we need information for every attendee for registration. 

Can I purchase a ticket onsite the day of the event?

No, all tickets must be purchased in advance. 

Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?

Yes. See agenda for more details about meals provided throughout the Summit. There will be options for people with dietary restrictions. 

How many People will be at this Event?

With the current guidelines in place, we plan on having about 300 people in attendance LIVE. Of course, this number is subject to change.

Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?

No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures and selfies!

I can't make the dates, can I attend virtually?

Unfortunately no, this event will only be in person. 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you purchase a ticket and later find you cannot attend, simply let us know BEFORE on November 1 to get a full refund. You are also permitted to let another person attend in your place. If you have to cancel AFTER November 1, 2023, you will not receive a refund but will be given a credit for the next Clinic Boss Summit event.

Where should I stay?

We recommend to choose a hotel in downtown Orlando, but you can stay anywhere.
